Wise Thread Collective is a curated group of professional women who are ready for deeper clarity, stronger alignment, and greater intentionality in their lives. Like flowers that grow from seed to stem to bloom, we provide the tools, community, and partnership to meet you at every stage of your evolution. Collective members will participate in twice monthly group coaching sessions customized to evoke awareness of mindset, goals, and tangible tools to achieve success that is meaningful and sustainable for them.
We want to partner with you to create a stabilizing force during moments of uncertainty and change because we know firsthand that purpose becomes clearer and more attainable with community and connection.

Upcoming Group Cohort
Join a group of high achieving women in professional transition offering community, connection, authenticity, growth, and learning. Led by two ICF certified executive coaches and a psychotherapist, we focus on creating clarity around values, opportunities to make a meaningful pivot, and co-create bespoke action plans to support you in your next phase and beyond.
Our first cohort will run March through June, and will include 2 meetings per month, with prompts and homework assignments between sessions to keep the juices flowing. Additional one and one coaching will also be available to cohort members at a discounted price during the cohort.
Your Wise Thread Guides
Saunders Moore LMFT, ICF-ACC
Saunders Moore is a licensed therapist, ICF‑credentialed coach, creative growth strategist and founder of Wise Heart Therapies based in California. After shifting from marketing to therapy and coaching, she helps leaders and professionals navigate transitions and design careers that fit their lives. With 20 years of collective work experience, she’s guided clients with Hogan and TMP certification, MBSR training, and a counseling psychology foundation to reveal underlying dynamics. She emphasizes strengths and clarity to turn overwhelm into actionable change.
In co-creating Wise Thread Collective she aims to offer a judgment‑free community for women facing major life changes providing curated resources, peer support, and practical guidance to speed problem‑solving, reduce isolation, and build resilience. Additionally, she has created and runs Wise Heart Therapies, a space for leadership coaching, therapy and creative business strategy services.
Rachel Nasatka ICF-ACC
Rachel Nasatka is a seasoned People & Culture leader and ICF-certified Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience navigating fast-paced, high-stakes industries. For more than a decade, she partnered closely with senior executives at private and publicly traded companies undergoing large-scale transformations and served as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders across functions.
Known for her ability to balance operational rigor with deep empathy, Rachel helps leaders connect culture, performance, and scalable business outcomes in meaningful ways.
What truly sets her apart is her gift for helping people get to the core of who they are as humans, enabling them to lead authentically—with integrity and lasting impact.
Wise Thread Collective is especially meaningful for Rachel, who recently left the corporate world to build Silver Thread Executive Coaching, a space where she can use her gifts and experiences to support others in celebrating their own unique gifts.
